Zoning Board approves two special permits, continues excellence development case.

Zoning Board of Appeals · Meeting of January 8, 2026

BEDFORD — Zoning Board of Appeals approves two special permits and defers developer case. The Board unanimously granted David Caron a special permit for a 600-plus-square-foot addition at 120 North Road on a non-conforming lot and approved internally illuminated signage for F.W. Webb at 160 Middlesex Turnpike with conditions requiring the lights to be off between 11:00 PM and 6:00 AM.

Chair Thomas P. Flannery continued the Excellence Development Company petition for 35-37 Neillian Street to January 22 after determining that discrepancies between site plans and framing plans, particularly regarding porch placement, required additional engineering work before a vote could be taken.
