BEDFORD — Zoning Board of Appeals grants four petitions in single evening meeting. The board unanimously approved a Special Permit for Excellence Development Company to demolish and rebuild a two-family house at 35-37 Neillian Street, with conditions requiring site plan revisions to confirm setbacks and eliminate previous driveways. Board Chair Thomas P.

Flannery also oversaw approvals for a Reiki therapy home occupation at 394 North Road with limits on hours and parking, an amendment to an existing permit for roof overhangs at 58-60 Neillian Street, and a 303-square-foot internally illuminated commercial sign at 35 Crosby Drive requiring a nighttime illumination timer. All five voting members approved each motion without dissent.
