BEDFORD — Zoning Board of Appeals unanimously approves Special Permit for Hayden Lane addition. Chair Thomas P. Flannery presided as the board voted 5-0 to grant Ling Zou a Special Permit to construct a 1,030-square-foot addition on a 35,400-square-foot lot in a district requiring 40,000 square feet.
Board members agreed the project met legal standards for being in keeping with Bylaw intent and not injurious to the neighborhood. A separate Variance request for a front-yard overhang was continued to April 23 following Board discussion of hardship conditions and design parameters.
