Bedford home sales span wide price range as 20 deeds record last month
Bedford recorded 20 property deeds between Aug. 28 and Sept. 26, with sale prices posted so far on 8 of them, ranging from $558,000 to $1,220,000 and a median of $897,500. The month's top sale was a condominium at 4 Stearns Road, Unit 56, which sold for $1.22 million on Sept. 10. Hartwell Road and Concord Road each saw two transfers. Twelve of the 20 deeds were transfers into family trusts or between spouses rather than open-market sales, and the remaining sale prices have not yet reached the registry.
