Bedford sale prices span $650,000 to $1.375 million as trust transfers dominate deed count
Bedford recorded 19 property transfers between Aug. 14 and Sept. 12, but only 10 disclosed a sale price, ranging from $650,000 to $1,375,000 with a median of $897,500. The top sale was a Loomis Street condominium unit that sold for $1,375,000. Hartwell Road was the only street with more than one recorded transfer. Roughly half of the period's deeds, mostly involving family members or trusts transferring property to relatives or to themselves, did not report a purchase price, meaning conclusions about pricing trends apply to only about half of the recorded activity.
