Bedford home sales span $650,000 to $1.375 million as trust transfers dominate registry filings
Bedford recorded 20 property transfers between Aug. 21 and Sept. 19, with 11 posting a sale price so far, ranging from $650,000 to $1,375,000 and a median of $950,000. The month's top sale was a condo unit at 36 Loomis St, which sold for $1,375,000. Hartwell Road saw two sales, at $650,000 and $960,000. Nine of the 20 transfers, most involving family trusts, have no price yet in registry data, which is normal and typically appears within about a week. Based on the raw count and price spread, activity held at a steady, moderate pace across a broad range of price tiers.
