The period's top sale was 6 Parker Road at $2,275,000, sold by Boulder Development LLC to Heeyong Kim and Jeong Hye Park. Hayden Lane saw three separate sales, the most of any single street. Six of the seven unpriced transfers appear to be transfers within the same family or into a trust. The data shows steady mid-range pricing, with most recorded sales falling between $1 million and $1.5 million and no single outlier beyond the Parker Road sale.
