Bedford Home Sales Span $750,000 To $2.275 Million In Late-Summer Deed Data
Bedford recorded 20 property transfers between July 24 and Aug. 22. Of the 13 sales with disclosed prices, values ranged from $750,000 to $2,275,000, with a median of $1,298,000. The period's top sale was 6 Parker Road at $2,275,000, sold by Boulder Development LLC to Heeyong Kim and Jeong Hye Park. Hayden Lane saw three separate sales, the most of any single street. Six of the seven undisclosed-price transfers appear to be transfers within the same family or into a trust. The data shows steady mid-range pricing, with most disclosed sales falling between $1 million and $1.5 million and no single outlier beyond the Parker Road sale.
