Bedford home sales range from $750,000 to $2.28 million in August
Bedford recorded 20 property transfers between July 31 and Aug. 29, though only nine deeds disclosed a sale price. Among those, prices ranged from $750,000 to $2,275,000, with a median of $930,000. The month's top sale was 6 Parker Rd, which sold for $2,275,000 on July 31 to Heeyong Kim and Jeong Hye Park. At least eight of the 20 recorded transfers involved sellers moving property into a trust rather than an open-market sale. With more than half of all transfers carrying no disclosed price, the available data offers only a partial view of the month's market activity.
