TOWN Springs Brook Park closed at 2:40 p.m. on Saturday, July 7, due to inclement weather, according to the Bedford Recreation Department. The park's 2026 season remains underway, with membership registration and swim lessons open either online or in person at the Recreation Department; as of June 19, swim lesson registration is available only directly at Springs Brook Park. The KA Tennis Weather/Cancellation Hotline, 781-275-7907, remains available for a recorded message on court cancellations due to weather.

YOUTH LEAGUES Bedford Youth Soccer announced that its Fall 2026 Travel Soccer Uniform Store is now open, according to a post from the organization by Matthew Jannace.
