Bedford Conservation Commission approves Hill Road development project in brief Zoom hearing. The Commission voted 6-0 to issue a positive determination for the proposed demolition of an existing home and construction of a new 5,500-square-foot single-family home within the 100-foot buffer zone to a Bordering Vegetated Wetland across the street. The project reduces impervious surface coverage from 25.5 percent to 18 percent, meeting bylaw protection requirements, as presented by Douglas Dillon of Goddard Consulting on behalf of the applicant.
