Bedford Conservation Commission approves enforcement order for unpermitted wetland violation. The Commission voted unanimously to issue a new enforcement order requiring complete removal of an unpermitted patio within the 25-foot buffer to a Bordering Vegetated Wetland at 40 Buehler Road, with a firm October 15, 2026 deadline for removal and native-plant restoration. In related business, the Commission approved a Determination of Applicability for a Concord Road sidewalk and bike lane project that will reduce impervious surface by 440 square feet, issued an Order of Conditions for a 600-square-foot impervious-surface increase in a floodplain at 32 Wiggins Avenue for Anika Therapeutics, and issued an Amended Order of Resource Area Delineation for 145 Davis Road.
All five votes passed unanimously.
