Commission approves bridge repair and residential permits

Bedford Conservation Commission approves five environmental permits at Wednesday meeting including bridge repair variance. The four-member panel present at the virtual meeting: Chair Steven Hagan, Clerk Frank Richichi, and members David Santos and Stacey Katz, approved structural repair work on the Summer Street Bridge over the Shawsheen River, built in 1959, with a variance for buffer-zone work. The Commission also issued Orders of Conditions for two residential projects with accessory dwelling units and positive Determinations for two Sunset Road properties.

All votes passed unanimously among the four members present.
