Planning Board extends 145 Davis Road subdivision hearing to September.

Planning Board · Meeting of August 25, 2026

BEDFORD — Planning Board continues Davis Road subdivision to September 8. Three members present — Clerk Dawn LaFrance-Linden, Steven Hagan, and John McClain — voted unanimously to extend the public hearing on the 145 Davis Road definitive subdivision plan at the applicant's request. The board also voted unanimously to submit proposed residential sign regulation changes to the Select Board for the November Town Meeting warrant, allowing multifamily housing project signs up to 32 square feet per face and six feet in height.

The board reached consensus that draft accessory dwelling ownership and dark sky lighting bylaws are not ready for Town Meeting submission, with Planning Director Tony Fields reporting that Chair Christopher Gittins concurs that an ADU warrant article is not a priority.
