DPW Phone Outage Pushes Residents to Online Contact as Road Work Looms
Residents heading out late Tuesday night or early Wednesday should expect construction activity on The Great Road, while a phone outage at the Department of Public Works has temporarily shifted resident contact to an online form.
TOWN HALL
The town's Department of Public Works is currently unreachable by phone due to an ongoing technical outage. Residents who need to report an issue or make a request should use the contact form at bedfordma.gov until service is restored.
Starting the night of July 1 into July 2, crews will conduct overnight work on The Great Road. The town has not yet released specifics on lane closures or the nature of the work, but residents along that corridor should plan for possible noise and traffic disruptions during overnight hours. Full details are posted at the town's News Flash page: https://www.bedfordma.gov/CivicAlerts.aspx?aid=738
