Volunteer panel approves two candidates for board interviews.

Volunteer Coordinating Committee · Meeting of May 28, 2026

BEDFORD — Volunteer Coordinating Committee approves two candidates for Select Board interviews. The panel voted unanimously to advance Susan Grieb for a Council on Aging vacancy and Moriah Tumbleson-Shaw for a Cultural Council position opening July 1, 2026. Chair Kelly Korenak, members Joseph Piantedosi and Paula Gilarde, and Vice Chair Jen Kelley voted to approve both candidacies.

The committee also revised its vacancy workbook to reflect bylaw changes approved at Town Meeting: removal of the Bedford Housing Partnership as a listed committee and reduction of Historic Preservation Commission membership from six to five members, cutting its current vacancies to one.
