BEDFORD — The Bedford Volunteer Coordinating Committee unanimously approved Phil Kallis as a candidate for interview with the Select Board for the Historic District Commission alternate position, contingent on attendance at Town Meeting. The committee also discussed updates to its formal recruitment plan, including revised volunteers needed flyers with a shorter URL, coordination with the Historic Preservation Commission for a committee spotlight, and promotion of board vacancies at the upcoming Town Meeting through table flyers and on-screen slides.
