Tricentennial Committee Assigns Event Coordination Tasks

BEDFORD — Tricentennial Committee advances event planning for Bedford's 300th anniversary. Committee Chair Ronald Richter and members approved prior meeting minutes unanimously and reviewed assignments for coordinating community celebrations including a July Fourth event, talent night, and scavenger hunt. Sharon McDonald is to produce a town-wide magazine for August 2028 and 2029, while Leslie Wittman will pursue Bedford TV interview opportunities and coordinate a community mural project.

The committee confirmed a need to assess nonprofit organization membership and meets again May 11.
