BEDFORD — Recreation Commission greenlights AI youth programs pending parent review. The board approved vendor Overture's Intro to AI and youth classes on a trial basis despite resident concerns, planning to gather end-of-program feedback before deciding continuation. Therapeutic recreation served approximately 60 participants across 31 summer programs, with member Ronald Richter requesting a five-year staffing and structure plan to manage growth.
Springs Road athletic fields design is expected complete by December for March town meeting; the commission scheduled an October 28 virtual meeting with advance presentation circulation.
