BEDFORD — Planning Board continued Davis Road subdivision hearing to June 23. The Planning Board unanimously voted to continue its public hearing on Middlesex Development LLC's four-lot Definitive Subdivision Plan for 145 Davis Road until June 23, 2026. The applicant requested waivers for roadway width, sidewalk width of 4 feet instead of 5 feet, cul-de-sac design, berm material, and public access easement width of 4 feet instead of 10 feet.

Board members, led by Chair Christopher Gittins, expressed concerns about flood mapping and stormwater impacts, citing a FEMA Letter of Map Amendment that removed part of the property from the federally designated flood zone. Abutters requested independent expert review of the project's stormwater analysis.
