BEDFORD — Planning Board approves 49 Page Road accessory dwelling unit, continues Davis Road hearing. The board unanimously approved a Site Plan Review for a 1,000-square-foot detached accessory dwelling unit at 49 Page Road, accessory to a proposed two-family dwelling. The four-lot subdivision at 145 Davis Road, proposed by Middlesex Development LLC, drew abutters' concerns about drainage and water accumulation on Jeffrey Circle; the board voted 5-0 to continue that hearing to April 9, 2026.

The board also unanimously approved three zoning articles for Town Meeting, including creation of a Cottage Overlay District and an amendment to regulate storage of unregistered, uninspected, or non-operable vehicles. Assistant Planner Catherine Perry announced her retirement effective end of March.
