Bedford Historic Preservation Commission approves prior minutes and updates preservation projects. Chair Alethea Yates and all four members present heard that Member John Linz continues drafting a memorandum of understanding for a mini-forest proposal on Job Lane property, which requires formal organizational development. Two items approved at Town Meeting—changes to Article 56, the Tax Deferral Bylaw for renovated historic properties, and a proposed expansion of the board to five seats—now await state attorney general approval.
Water service was restored at the Job Lane Farm Museum this month, with cleanups and facility meetings scheduled.
