Chair Alethea Yates and all four members present heard that Member John Linz continues drafting a memorandum of understanding for a mini-forest proposal on Job Lane property, which requires formal organizational development. Two items approved at Town Meeting—changes to Article 56, the Tax Deferral Bylaw for renovated historic properties, and a proposed expansion of the board to five seats—now await state attorney general approval.
