BEDFORD — The Historic District Commission revised its Guidelines book, focusing on illumination, modern equipment, and windows standards. Chair Salvatore Canciello and members Karl Winkler and Alan Long worked through proposed changes covering color temperature, solar lighting, window-mounted air conditioning, roof-mounted antennas and dishes, generators, electric vehicle chargers, and meters. The commission also approved May 7 meeting minutes, 4-0, with Phil Kallis abstaining, and identified additional sections for future revision.
