Historic District Commission approves painting for South Road property
Historic District Commission approves yellow paint for South Road home. The commission voted 5-0 to approve a petition from Rodrigo and Olivia Almeida to paint their property at 24-26 South Road with Benjamin Moore Hawthorne Yellow for the body, Hasbrouck Brown for the doors, and off-white trim.

BEDFORD — Historic District Commission approves yellow paint for South Road home. The commission voted 5-0 to approve a petition from Rodrigo and Olivia Almeida to paint their property at 24-26 South Road with Benjamin Moore Hawthorne Yellow for the body, Hasbrouck Brown for the doors, and off-white trim. Jennifer McClain moved for approval with Alan Long seconding.
The Almeidas, who purchased the home a year ago, have been renovating the interior. The commission also heard informational presentations on Historic Preservation Commission signage at First Parish Church and Bedford Arbor Resources Committee tree planting.
