Hanscom Field Commission approves amended minutes, debates strategic plan.

BEDFORD — Hanscom Field Advisory Commission unanimously approves prior minutes, schedules plan review. The commission heard Massport's 10-year Strategic Plan from Chief Strategy Officer Emir Skokic and Director Flavio Leo, covering sustainability, ground access, and general aviation leadership at Hanscom Field. Commissioners voted to prepare formal comments during the January 22 through March 6 public comment period and scheduled a February 17 meeting to draft the statement.
A Legal Subcommittee will meet January 28 with Massport counsel to examine the 60-seat commercial service restriction; Terrence Parker and human rights lawyer Megan Chapman will participate. Goodspeed reported December 2025 operations down 6.7 percent overall compared to the prior year, though night operations rose 9.0 percent.
