BEDFORD — Hanscom Field Advisory Commission approves January minutes, discusses Massport Strategic Plan. Chair Margaret Coppe and Barbara Katzenberg were appointed to draft commission comments on the plan, with public comment closing March 6. Amber Goodspeed reported January 2026 daytime operations increased 7.0 percent year-over-year, with jet operations up 6.1 percent and single aircraft up 17.2 percent, while night operations fell 2.3 percent to 168 flights.
The commission voted unanimously to authorize a subcommittee meeting with Massport Legal to establish consensus points on Immigration and Customs Enforcement flight operations at the airfield.
