BEDFORD — Fire Station Building Committee approves prior meeting minutes and confirms project progressing toward December 2026 completion. Chair Jeff Cohen and members including Ron Scaltreto, Angelo Colasante, and Amy Fidalgo reported a site tour showing clean conditions and milestones including utility pole removal, apparatus bay slab completion, and window installation. Five potential change orders remain under review including window replacements, alerting system wiring revisions, and snow melt system claims; the project team will determine whether to schedule a Change Order Subcommittee meeting before September.
No new change orders were voted on and no safety incidents were reported.
