BEDFORD — Finance Committee postpones recommendations on three warrant articles to Monday meeting. Chair Ben Thomas, with members Philip Prince, Karen Dunn, Allen Jimerson, and Vincent Xu present, withdrew a motion on Article 26 Charter Amendments and failed 4-0-1 on a disapproval recommendation for Articles 30 and 31, the Cottage Overlay District zoning bylaw and map amendments. Member Dunn requested formal acknowledgment that free cash usage sits slightly above the 50 percent guideline.
Thomas will present Finance Committee recommendations for articles 1 through 15 at Town Meeting.
