Council on Aging approves board reduction and associate member roles. The board voted 6-1-0 to reduce its membership from nine to seven members, with Chair Paul Fath and COA Director Alison Cservenschi to manage next steps including a town charter and bylaws update. The board also refined its strategy for requesting a second handicap-accessible vehicle at the March 2027 Annual Town Meeting, with outreach to town boards and committees to begin in early September to build support.
