The committee unanimously approved Lawren Bercaw, a 14-year Bedford resident and senior researcher on aging, for an interview with the Select Board regarding a Cultural Council vacancy. Ms.
Bercaw, a registered voter and Town Meeting attendee, brings health research and policy experience. The committee reached consensus that ex-officio Cultural Council members completing their one-year gap must submit reappointment documentation to continue serving, rather than being treated as new applicants.
