The Board of Health unanimously voted 4-0-0 to issue a partial condemnation order for 30 Selfridge Road and ordered occupant Soumen Nandy to complete cleanup and safety repairs by May 18, 2026. The property has had severe violations since June 2024, with clutter rated 7 of 9, blocked emergency exits, and fire hazards.
Required by May 18 are contracts for biohazard cleanup, pest control, smoke and carbon monoxide detector installation, and maintenance cleaning, with non-compliance risking full condemnation.
