BEDFORD — Bicycle Advisory Committee schedules August comprehensive plan input meeting. The committee, meeting with five of seven members present, unanimously approved prior minutes and will convene in August to provide input on the town's Comprehensive Plan at the Transportation Advisory Committee's request, before August 8. Aaron Bourret reported on the Willson Park Committee's recent discussion of junction redesign options, including a potential roundabout, with consultants scheduled to return in September.
Garth McCavana provided an update on the Yankee Doodle Bike Path in Billerica, which would connect the Bedford town line to Billerica town center; construction is underway and completion is expected by summer 2028.
