Bedford Sets Overnight Hours for New Fire Station Utility Work

The town has notified residents that overnight utility work tied to the new Bedford Fire Station project will run three consecutive nights this week, from 9 p.m. to 5 a.m. on August 3, 4 and 5, according to a Town Hall News Flash posted Monday.

The Fire Station Future Use Project construction crew will conduct overnight utility work through early Wednesday morning, the town said, giving residents near the site notice of late-night activity through Wednesday, August 5. The notice did not specify which roads or utilities are affected beyond describing the work as tied to the fire station project.

Separately, the town's contractor, C. Naughton, continues construction on the Middlesex Sewer Force Main Project along Burlington Road this week, part of ongoing work the News Flash has covered in prior updates.
