Housman, trustee of the Carvey Realty Trust, to Daniel J. and Joyce T. O'Connell. The remaining eight transfers, several involving same-family trusts, have no recorded price yet. The data shows a mix of single-family and condominium sales spread across Bedford without a dominant geographic cluster, aside from two transfers on Hartford Street.
