The month's top sale was 7 Davis Road at $2,110,000, followed closely by 6 Lane Avenue at $2,100,000. Eight transfers, mostly trust and family transfers, do not yet show a recorded price. Davis Road, Hartford Street and Loomis Street each had two transfers. Six of the 19 sales were condominium units. With nearly half the period's prices still pending at the registry, the data available so far points to a market with several sales above $1 million but offers no clear read on overall buyer or seller leverage.
