Bedford recorded 19 property transfers between July 3 and Aug. 1, with recorded prices ranging from $528,000 to $50.7 million and a median of $973,500 across the 13 sales with a listed price. The month's standout transaction was the $50.7 million sale of 240 South St., an entity-to-entity transfer far above the rest of the market, which otherwise clustered between roughly $600,000 and $1.4 million. Page Road stood out geographically, with five recorded transfers, more than a quarter of the month's total. Six sales carried no price recorded yet, five of them transfers within the same family into personal or living trusts.
