BEDFORD — Ad Hoc Willson Park Committee votes to freeze two core project constraints. Chair Mr. Manugian led the Committee to consensus on essentials: project design cannot directly impact abutting buildings, and all transportation modes must see some improvement at the intersection.
Staff member Jeanette Rebecchi facilitated debate over an initial list of six criteria, with members deliberating the oak tree's fate and pedestrian easement language. VHB consultants will review design options and answer traffic engineering questions in May after the Committee freezes survey value rankings in April.
